Returns & Replacements
Though we do our best ensure that your games arrive to you in pristine, ready-to-play condition, we understand not everything is in our control (especially with shipping). If the item(s) you ordered are damaged upon receipt such that they are unplayable (beyond cosmetic damage to the package), please do the following:
- Take pictures of the damaged, unopened item(s) in bright light, showing the damage.
- Send those pictures along with your Order Number (found on your email receipt) and name to playnonymousgames@gmail.com.
- Indicate whether you would like to receive a replacement of the same game(s) or a refund.
We will evaluate the images and issue a response within 2-3 business days of receiving your email.
If you wish to return an unopened, undamaged item for a full refund, please contact us at playnonymousgames@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return. You will be issued an RMA Number. Please send your items along with a copy of your original receipt (or a paper with your name and RMA Number) to:

Once the item has been received and we have confirmed the item is in its original condition a refund will be issued.
Return & Replacement Terms: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item or request a replacement. The customer pays to send back the returned item(s) using whatever carrier they prefer. If the customer has received damaged items and would like a replacement and Nonymous Games has approved the replacement, then Nonymous Games will send out a replacement free of charge.
